I believe the interview was fair and friendly process. There were provocative questions. They expect self confidence. They also asked a few questions in French and they very tolerant to different accents.
For the internship, they only asked basic questions. It was formal but fun, since the one who interviewed me was a police officer.Near the end of the interview, candidates are usually given the opportunity to ask their own questions about the role, team dynamics, company culture, and next steps in the process.
