Overall it sucked, they basically have their mind made up before you go in to the interview. Often times upper management would send in other lower level employees to do interview because they already knew who was going to get the job. Too bad because they have lost some exceptional employees that have gone else where. I'm sure not that way in every department, but was my experience.
