The interview process was very long and difficult, although the hiring team was very pleasant to interact with. There were multiple interviews and quizzes/tests including a personality assessment and an IQ test.

4-stage interview process, starting with an online test assessing analytical skills and business sense. This is followed by two rounds of case-based interviews to evaluate structured thinking, problem-solving, and communication. The final stage consists of a partner interview focusing on cultural fit, leadership potential, and long-term motivation.

Hiring manager asked the HR to ask me many questions prior to the in-person interview. Not sure why he did not just ask them during the interview itself as it was just the next day.
