Entrevista
I did 3 rounds of interviews with 9 different people - including an in-person round with senior managers - and ING proceeded to ghost me completely. No follow-up communication or feedback whatsoever. I spent hours preparing for and attending these interviews and ING couldn't take 2 minutes to send me an e-mail saying I didn't get the role. Probably the most disrespectful interview process I've ever been a part of.

Entrevista
Management emailed me and asked to setup a phone/skype interview. We setup a date and time for the interview. On the day of the interview, they had technical issues so we were delay the chat for 15 mintues. The interviews was pleasant an informative. I asked a number of questions a recieved a good amount of feedback. Overall the interview process was great.
