The interview process was very easy and going. You have to take a quiz which is common sense. Once passed they offer you to orientation. Orientation is 2 weeks long.

There is no interview process. You go to Orientation which the host present the company, the position, pay structure, employment status, benefits, training process and certification. And if you are interested in the position, you arrange and make an appointment to undergo 2 week training.
