3 interviews, first general, with the relevant director, second with the MD, final with the Chief Exec. All were friendly and reasonably straightforward. Not trying to trip me up, very much looking for motivations and fit. Two way process. No trick questions. Plenty of dialogue and opportunity for me to ask questions about them and company directions, as well as personal growth opportunities.
