The interview process was different than most that I have done in the past, but I enjoyed the experience as it was educational. I was told that the work-day interviews were for me to get accustomed to the workplace as well as familiarize myself with the team here. I feel that it was a positive experience and I believe that more companies should adopt the same hiring process when searching for new employees to join their team.
