Entrevista
It was a 3 part interview. Initially met with a person from HR who describes the company. Then met with the principal of the office. Then met with the 2 mechanical department managers. The interview look roughly 3 hours and then I received an offer later that week. I believe that there was initially a phone interview before I was called into the office just to see if I would be interested.

There was not a lot of technical background in some of the questions. It seems to be a lot of questions based on culture and whether or not you would fit in their workplace. They will teach you everything you need to know. I came in out of college so they probably don't think that you know anything about their flavor of engineering. I had some previous experience based on internships which helped.

Entrevista
The interview process was hectic. Many people with me cleared the technical round and were waiting for the HR, But at around 9:00 PM some people from the company asked us to leave without proper reason. We also asked whether we will be having online rounds to complete the HR round , but they said there wont be any. From the interview process I came to know there is much respect for us. It was such a disappointing experience.

They asked if the 3 years service agreement is ok for me.
Had an interview screen with the HR and then a follow up with the hiring manager. The process was more of a conversation that involve my experience and where I see myself in the next few years. Nothing too difficult.
Met with three engineers for about an hour each and had a phone call with human resources. The questions were typically not very technical in nurture. Only one day on site.
