Within a week after my application, I got invited for a Skype interview with the HR manager. Our chat took about one hour and served more as a screening with general questions why I had applied and my personality, and a run through of my CV. I then got an invitation for a face-to-face interview with two biomedical engineers on site which focused more on the technical side of my CV. Two weeks after this interview I received the message I wasn't selected. Normally one would still have a third interview with HR and management.
