Absolutely terrible experience. Recruiter initially reached out to me for a New Grad role, despite it being clear I am not a new grad. Asks to schedule a call, then ghosts me for a month.
Afterwards, sends me a meeting invite AT MIDNIGHT for the next day, without any additional communication.
The recruiter I spoke to on the phone was extremely unprofessional, and borderline rude/demeaning. This person clearly did not put even a minute of time towards reading my resume (asking me questions regarding Graduation date, when AGAIN it is clearly stated on my resume I am graduated), asking ME which stage of the interview process I am currently in (that's quite literally your job to tell me). In addition, giving very rude and demeaning responses to answers I provided.
Afterwards, sends me a link to a typical coding assignment which I'm expected to complete within 48 hours. Ofcourse, this was just a series of copy paste leetcode questions with 0 effort.
The experience really shows how little they value prospective candidates and potential employees, and I would reccomend avoiding a place like this where your time is not respected.

for online assessment, there was a question about calculating info from an order book. helps if you know how one works beforehand. only one question and coding preferred in C++ or java.
one technical round and one hr round. technical round was moderately hard. hr round was about your personality, asking about general questions to check if you fit in their workspace.
