I submitted the application online. Two weeks after I submit the application, I received one round of OA from IMC. Two weeks after that, I was scheduled to have a brief phone round with HR, I get an interview with a junior quant trader.
I participated in an online coding interview, which was followed by an invitation to a Zoom interview. While the coding challenge itself was fairly standard, the scheduling process was extremely disorganized. After several unsuccessful attempts to find a suitable time, I ultimately decided to decline their interview invitation.
It took two weeks to hear back from them. Videointerview, 1 HR questions and then some Probabiliy questions . The interview lasted one hour. With a short introduction on how everything works .

I interviewed their crypto desk. They keep asking me what kind of algorithm I used in my current job, which I felt was a bit sketchy.
