Neurolympic game, then online video assessment (speak to the screen, not a person) which includes both behaviour and technical (probability and game theory) questions. Unlike doing the technical questions like other trading firms, prepare the answer in 30 seconds and answer it in 2 minutes is very difficult, especially when you are nervous.

I applied for the trader position after I had finished the business course. I got to the fore last round, which included two probability brain teasers and a market-making game. I was not asked for the last round, as they said they had a hiring freeze.
