First stage consisted of completing a NeuroOlympics Assessment, then you are automatically invited to complete a Video Interview (4 questions total, 3 behavioural, 1 technical), behavioural have 2 mins prep, technical has 1 mins prep. Following this, you are assessed over the two stages and if successful invited to a final recruiter screen call, consisting of behavioural questions, followed by a market making game, followed by a technical question (approx. 30 mins total).

Entrevista
First you do maths online test and a test with several games measuring characteristics of your brain (memory etc.). In next phase you have two questions, one behavioral and one really easy maths and you video record your answers. Next phase is interview with HR with both behavioral and technical questions. Interviewer was really nice but apparently you have to do everything correctly.

I had to film myself answering three questions. Asked to introduce myself, reasons why I chose trading, and had to solve some simple mathematical question. I think every question was about 2 minutes.
