Stage 2 - Interview with HR & Hiring Team (Getting to know the Company better, work environment and follow up on assigned project. Stage 3 - Interview with General Manager to understand the Company's bigger picture and discuss career aspirations. Stage 4 - Panel interview with Business Development and Marketing Departments to understand the potential working relationship, team dynamics and critical job functions as well as potential challenges.
