Recruiter screen went very well. Recruiter had a great personality, was very engaging and really built up the organization. First round in person interview lasted about an hour, standard STAR questions then we transitioned into the personality/culture questions. They gave me amply time to go over my list as well. Second round in person went well. Much more focused on personality & culture questions. Biggest miss has been communication. The recruiter hasn't been very responsive, and there has been no follow up or response to my inquiries. If you don't want me, fine - but at least be mature enough to say so...
