I recently went through the interview process for a Visual Merchandiser role at IKEA, and overall, it was a positive experience. The first round was an AI-led interview where you are given timed responses to answer pre-set questions. It takes a little time to get used to speaking to a screen, but as the interview progresses, it becomes easier to navigate. While the process was smooth, I would have preferred a conversation with a recruiter instead of an AI system, as it would have felt more natural and engaging. Despite that, the process was well-structured, and the questions were relevant to the role. If you're preparing for this, I’d recommend practicing speaking concisely within a time limit to get comfortable with the format.

Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.
