Fairly Easy. I applied online and was emailed less than 24 hours later to set up a phone interview. They asked for
a brief resume summery, pay expectations and when i could come in person. In person, they asked about things on my resume in more detail and my availability. They asked what I thought the job would entail and how I would describe IKEA.

Very cool and nice and interesting i loved the questions they were very different and it was a fast , easy, talked about a lot of different things about the job how would i be an great candidate

They are very friendly, apply online first, then they will email you and come in for a physical interview. Takes between 1-2 weeks depending on how smooth your references are going.
