Applied online, got an email from a recruiter a week later to schedule a phone interview. The recruiting agent called on time which I really wasn't expecting and was very friendly at the beginning of our conversation. She only asked me 2 questions "Why I want to work at Ikea?" And what my availability is? While I was answering the 2nd question her tone changed and she quickly brushed me off because I said that I can not work Saturdays, did not even give me a chance to explain my availability and got me off the phone after maybe 4/5 minutes of talk time. IKEA does not care about experience it's only the availability that matters for mind you not a silly part-time position.

The process did not took a long time, the interviewer asked me my previous last performance and situations on how would I handle it. I answer them each questions with accurately giving examples. She look very impress and ask me to wait for an answer via email.
