Went during a hiring fair. All your basic interview questions. Sat one-on-one with the cash lane manager. All of the different department managers were conducting their own interviews with potential candidates in the same room. Wasn't intimidating or scary at all. everyone was very friendly.
Fantastic, love it. The took me through the necessary steps so that I was confident from day one. They are nice towards all employees and I would definitely recommend working for IKEA.
Very nice and welcoming people. I came in expecting it to be difficult but all it was is questions regarding past experiences in the workforce and nothing too hard. I heard back in less than 1 week which was very nice.

Entrevista
The interview process consists of two rounds: a phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview is with a recruiter that’s remote from the stores. After that, the recruiter will let you know if you’re getting an in-person interview or not.
