It was fast, fun, and very friendly! The interview made me feel very relaxed, and she was knowledgeable and informative about Ikea. I was made to feel welcome, like she was glad I was there, which , in turn, made me very happy to have gone for the interview. I was nervous about going because I have been out of the workforce for quite some time, so wasn't sure what to expect. She put me right at ease.

The interview process involved one over-the-phone interview and one in person. The interviews asked relevant questions related to working in a fast-paced retail environment. One question I remember being asked is "What is one time that you did something without a manager's approval and how did it turn out?"

I attended a seasonal hiring event. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The interview itself lasted about 15 minutes, and I head back from IKEA about two weeks later.
