It lasted from 9:00 - 15:00 with 30 min lunch break and few breaks in between for a refreshment. It consisted from 3 parts. 1st was to describe yourself, but in a quite unique way. First you had to writee on a sticky nots paper few answers about yourself (like what you would do if you had a year long payed leave, or which 2 words you want on your gravestone etc.) then put them on an empty tea box and then present it. Another task was to choose two badges and put them on you clothes. They had a quote and you had to tell to the others why you have chosen those two. Last part was to tell about yourself, your education, hometown, previous exps etc. This entire task is in you native language. 2nd taks was to create an imaginary company and present it to the others. You had to make an collage (1-5 A4s) from old ikea catalogues and different magazines. The presentation was in English. It took us roughly and 1,5 h. After that was a lunchtime. They gave us a free voucher to the ikea restaurant. 3rd task was after the lunch and it was again in you native language. You had to draw in a floor plan and in 3D views your imaginary commercial store for your previously presented company. You had given area with some limitations. After that, you had to present it to the others (there were 4 other candidates and 3 employees from IKEA). After theese final presentations, we had to select the best one and the worst one. And those employees were watching us how we choose it. After that, we waited ±15 mins in the canteen eating free cinnamon cakes and drinking free coffee etc. Then they told us who is in and who can go home.
