Arrived at the location and instead of a one on one interview like I imagined, it was a job fair with more than 50 people. I filled out an application and then took a seat to wait to be interviewed.
The interview lasted 15 minutes at the most.

Positive interview experience for the Sales Coworker position. Many thanks to the Talent Acquisition team for their professionalism and clear communication. The company culture felt welcoming and people-oriented, which really reflects the values the company stands for.
Group Interview, then video interview with 2 people - HR & sales manager. Asked 5 basic behavioural questions i.e. "Tell me about yourself", "How do you keep busy during slow periods".
