After applying for the job, the manager will call you for a interview. It can be one on one interview or in a group interview. You introduce yourself and talk about previous job experiences, what are some things you look in a job, your expectations, and so on. After the interview the manager will call you if they do want to hire you.

Cattle call for nice people. Ask a few questions about your personality and if it you are happy and upbeat. They are polite and very fast with the interview so individual attention is swift. Basically checking to see if you fit the overall 'nice' smile personality for most jobs.
