It was a phone interview with the Commerical Leader. He was laid back and made the interview process easy. We talk for over 45 minutes and when we were done, I felt I made a good impression. He said that if I pass the first interview which was with him then I would either go on to interview with the store manager or matrix partners and that would be in about a 2 week when I would find out if I would go to round 2.

Before the interview call, i had email sent for me about pre-interview task tha must be presented during the interview. I was interviewed by 2 person, in which they introduced as Visual Merchandiser Manager and Interior Design Manager. They really hope you matched with the company Ideals.
