Entrevista
I applied for the position online. I received a reply email very soon after as they were having a group interview in 2 days time. I was invited to attend the group interview. There were 8 of us and we were all applying for the same position. The interviewers were the manager, his manager and a cash manager. They asked questions and we were to just answer randomly. We were then given forms to fill out for references as well as availability. The interview lasted approximately 40 minutes.

Describe a time of adversity, whether in your private or work life. and how you dealt with it.
Great and Easy. Experience while working with kids helps. First aid its necessary and criminal background check will be asked after the interview if considered. Will be asked for flexible working hours but its a position mostly for students
