I exchanged a few emails before setting up a Skype interview. We talked over Skype about my past job experience, what IIICorp was hoping to do, and how I might fit into that plan. The interviewer was very friendly, and pleasant to talk to. I felt like he was completely honest with me about the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and he seemed like a very committed member of their team.
