it was such a positive atmosphere . every one was sweet and talked politely. friendly enviornment yet professional. i would highly encourge anyone planning for this company to definetely at least try. you wont even feel nervous. people are helping
the first round is a 5 minutes phone interview with HR
Then the second round is a 30 minutes interview with VP.
Basically going through your resume and couples of technical questions.

4 Different rounds, first is HR (mainly ask about skills).
Second round - Process manager (about philosophy and attitude)
Third round with Senior manager - Mainly ask about odd shift timing and pressure.
fourth round is again with HR - Salary negotiation
