Entrevista
Very easy; good conversation about restaurant skills, crew building skills. Lasted about an hour and then a second and third interview with more upper corporate management team. A background check was required and also a personality test and meetings with upper management.
Basic interview process with the district manager and tour of restaurant and kitchen. Also met the general manager and the rest of the restaurant staff, everyone had good things to say about the company. Would have loved to work there but when they called I have already decided to relocate to nevada.

They hire anyone on the spot. The GM at the time was so hard up for employees that she would go pick up employees at their house so they would come into work. Hourly employees had to pay full price for meals so they would send a bogus meal back than have the GM void so they would/could eat for free. The chefs are not properly trained, working in an open kitchen with no hair net or gloves. I received many complaints about hair in food and I personally witnessed a chef drop bacon on the floor and then serve it to a customer
