The first interview was with HR. It was straightforward and focused mainly on my background. They also included a brief five-minute conversation in English to assess communication skills. The second interview was with the hiring manager and lasted about one hour. There were no technical questions; instead, the discussion centered on hypothetical scenarios and how I would handle, mitigate, or remediate different situations.

There were two interviewer after the HR call. They asked budget related question and there was a huge discussion over budgeting vs forecasting. There were other question on journal entry and basic accounts. No questions from resume.
