Overall it moved smoothly and at a fast pace, consisting of a few rounds. The person interviewing appeared fair and informative. A written assignment (case study) was provided to 'take home' and hand back in. It was a time investment as it was lengthy, consisting of 10 pages to read through and then formulate the study from. My disappointment came from a very fast turndown with a generic template email response. When I queried the fast turn-down it was communicated to me that they suspect I used an ai tool to do the writing, and nit-picked over one or two very minor errors. I was disappointed as I don't even know how to use such ai tools, and I've developed my writing style to a high standard over many years.
