I applied online, received a screening call. I then had a panel interview. The process itself seemed organized; however, the hiring manager clearly did not know what skills (if any) she was looking to hire. The panel was all over the place. I had to look to see if I had misread the job description. This is a case where they advertised for one job, but wanted something else.

Interview was straightforward, but since there is no HR presence, it was with the CEO and some team members. Basic questions about background and relevant skills etc. However, was disappointed to be ghosted after with no update.
