An initial HR interview with one member of HR and one manager from the software team. Typical questions about your previous experience and if you needed to know anymore about IDI Billing.
Second interview was with the same people as well as multiple members from the software team. Not a very technical interview. They're more interested in what projects you've worked on, what interests you, and your overall personality.

Got a phone interview and then in person interview. Few work related questions and HR interview were combined in to a single in person interview. They were kind and polite.
