Can someone please call me a medium? I've been ghosted. I was referred by one of my IDEXX-employed friends, and had an initial call with a recruiter, which was informative and very pleasant. I moved on to a video interview with the Creative Director. The interview focused mostly on personal working styles such as feedback, collaboration, how I react to different types of management, etc. It sounded like an interesting opportunity, and I was keen to move forward. But then...crickets. Radio silence. I completely understand if I'm not the right fit for the role, but it's disappointing to not receive so much as a software-generated boilerplate rejection. It's unlikely that I would put time into considering working at IDEXX again. If you are interested in doing so, I have heard people have had success with contract-to-hire placements from external recruiting agencies.
