Phone interview first, then go in and meet with the hiring manager. You have to wait a long time before they track the person down that is doing the interview. They seem a bit disorganized. They also don’t tell you that if you are coming in for an interview before 9am that the front doors are locked and you will have to stand there and wait to see if you get lucky enough for someone to walk by inside to open the doors or another employee comes up with their key.
