During July and August 2024, I was interviewed for the position of DevOps Engineer. The process was completely different including a hiring manager interview, followed by test exercise to design and implement a solution, followed by the presentation of the exercise. The HR team was prompt and responsive during the interview process and in scheduling the interviews. However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the interview feedback. Instead of receiving any constructive feedback, I was sent a generic system email informing me that I wasn't selected. After investing so much time and effort in the test exercise, it would have been more respectful to receive an explanation or at least a call from HR providing a valid reason for the decision. Completely ghosted !!
