Multiple choice test, with basic math and grammar. It took about 20 minutes to complete this test, and I was given pencil and paper to do math calculations. Followed by an interview in person. An interview in person was an easier process, and I felt relaxed as two people asked me questions.

I applied online with an employee referral. HR reached out to me a couple days after that, and within a week I was offered a position. Interview process included a phone screen with HR, a wonderlic assessment, Zoom I review and offer. I like that HR was honest with me about the career goals I have and where the position I applied for could take me. They ended up interviewing me for another position that would better suite my long term goals with the company, and I appreciate that they cared about my goals and success.
