Initial call with hiring recruiter which was around 15 minutes. This was then followed by a 1 hour interview with a manager and director. I then had to complete an Excel test.
An electronic interview with preset questions first and then a panel interview. Questions were simple enough about previous experience. It was well organised and pretty fast timeline. The first interview phase felt pretty impersonal and I don’t really see how you could be chosen between based on the questions I was given. No complaints about the process overall.
