I had a telephone screening interview, and then face-to-face conversations with 3 senior people, all of whom were very warm. I came away having enjoyed the process, and certainly feeling that this would be a positive place to work. Although the process ultimately came to nothing, there seemed to be a willingness to engage with a candidate who did not immediately fit the bill in terms of background/experience. I picked up some tension around the transition from small, nimble privately owned company to company owned by a large multinational. The working environment was light and airy.
