First round consisted of recording myself answering questions. You would get a written question, have 30 seconds to get ready and then have anywhere between 2-8 minutes to answer it. It was an immensely awkward experience. Fortunately for me, second round had human interviewers instead of 'Times New Roman' typeface ones. It was a pleasant enough interview, but I did feel a bit like a third wheel a few times due to interviewers being close work friends.
