I applied through employee referral. First had a telephonic interview by the manager explaining about the responsibilities involved in the position and then a face to face interview which included personal and situational questions to check the emotions.

The process took over 3 weeks. Talent Acquisition Person was quite nice and helpful however was not able to share with me the benefits that are available in my country. The offer has been changed during the process - typical for Icon. No possibility to negotiate salary or working from home.
