A telephone interview followed by an on site interview. I was advised to give a presentation during the on site interview 'How I would be a successful project manager'. I did the phone interview only, and was invited to the on site interview. During my prep for the interview and presentation, it became clear that the role wasn't really for me, so I cancelled the interview.

The interview process was generally fine. The interview itself was professional and the appropriate questions for the role were asked. Where the issue arose was after the interview when I was ghosted by the talent acquisition team. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will avoid applying for jobs here in the future and hope no one else has this same experience.

HR asked the candidate to introduction yourself - explain of the job position and the requirements - HR ask candidate to describe the past experience and explain the reason why do you think you would fit into this position - discuss about the benefit part
