Extremely friendly call from the recruitment manager who told me lots about the company and position and arranged a phone interview. Phone interview was with two employees who were unenthusiastic and made me feel quite uncomfortable and unwelcome. The whole call lasted about half an hour. After a lengthy period of no reply following phone interview I tried to follow up my application with HR via email but never received a reply.
