I applied online. I received an email within a few weeks later to schedule a phone interview with one of their Technical Recruiters. I scheduled an interview and the Recruiter rescheduled due to another meeting conflict with the Hiring Manager. Disorganized! I had to reschedule my own interview due to the Recruiter not rescheduling on my behalf. When it was time for the interview, the Recruiter did not call on-time, so I decided to call after waiting for 10 mins for the Recruiter to call. She made excuses stating she was being pulled into multiple directions, Co-workers were asking her questions...etc. Again, disorganized! The phone interview went well and lasted 15 mins. She stated she would work with her Hiring Manager to schedule the 2nd interview, which would be virtual on MS Teams. I never heard back and went online to try to withdraw my job application, and there was not an option to withdraw. Yet, my job application status says ''In-Process, Interviews Underway...."......Sure they are! Also, they sent me another email with a Feedback Survey Link about my interview experience. What interview? The 15 min phone one?
