I applied online and heard back in about week. The recruiter set up an initial phone screen soon after. The call lasted about 30min and it was informative about the position and she asked some basic behavioral questions and a lot of questions about my experience. Then either that day or the next they invited me for an on-site interview at the headquarters. I interviewed with 3 different people and it was more informative than difficult. There weren't any super hard questions and all the people I met with were extremely nice and laid back. I did have to take a skills test as well. The next day they invited me to the final round which was another phone interview. This one was a little more difficult because I didn't feel as prepared. About a week later they said they offered the position to someone else. Overall good experience and they encouraged me to apply again. I appreciated how they were very timely getting back to me and giving me updates about the process. Advice: Be prepared to give specific examples about your experience.
