The interview process was fast and organized. My recruiter was amazing. He kept me informed of what was going on, always responded to my emails immediately, and he was highly organized. I also felt very prepared going into my interview of how the company functions and what to expect and what was expected of me. If hired and need a clearance, be prepared to wait (weeks or months) before starting.

Entrevista
First, I had a short phone screen interview with human resources (about 15 minutes), and then I was invited to have an interview with the hiring manager, which was on Zoom and was about 30 minutes.
Very professional from start to finish. Interview was conducted over Zoom and conversations were good. I met with the manager and at least one employee. Good questions and good opportunity to show my strengths in a positive light.

Describe a situation where you had to work with a difficult employee.
Overall, it was pretty straight forward. Each interview round, for a total of 3, has two people in the interview from different areas.
They didn't seem prepared to have the interview each time, but the recruiter was great. She made the process smooth.
