For a company that "promotes transparency and open communication while fostering a culture of trust, respect, and accountability among team members" it was really disappointing to be offered a Wedge One-Way Interview as the first step. No recruiter call. No meeting face-to-face with a real person. Just an AI-powered tool used to weed out 'undesirable' candidates. Any company that uses these tools for their hiring is NOT a place you want to work, as they don't care about you or your time. Interviews are a two-way street; candidates are evaluating companies just as much as companies are evaluating candidates. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with them.
