I connected to the EPAM within their program for preparing Junior specialists. I had 3 interviews with minimal technical questions on them. After EPAM courses I also had the final technical test, English assessment and interview with potential RM.

Before EPAM courses I was answered general questions about myself in English and Russian. Also, There were some technical questions to check minimal knowledge of the technical topics.
