Round 1 was a good experience. Round 2 was a such a negative experience. An interviewer can either make you comfortable and give you confidence or create a negative experience so that even if you know the answer you lose confidence. My experience was latter.

1. White paper coding round 2. Technical round 3. HR interview ( I did not get to this stage ). They expect you to answer atleast 90% correctly. The questions are from the topic - Core Java,GIT,Springboot

I received a call from HR and was asked to attend a F2F interview on June 8, 2024. I travelled from Bangalore to Chennai for this interview. I successfully cleared all rounds (1 written test, 4 technical rounds, and 1 HR round) for the Squad Lead Role and was informed by VIVEK from HR that I had been selected and that my offer would be released within two days. However, even after a week, I received no updates regarding neither official offer letter nor reason for the delay. When I reached out to Vivek from HR, he assured me that the company was planning to release my offer in a week. However, after this discussion, I experienced an extended period of silence from the company. Despite my attempts to follow up, there was no response or clarity about the next steps. It became increasingly apparent that the promises made during the interview were not going to be fulfilled. This experience left me feeling not just disappointed, but also deceived and disillusioned about the integrity of the hiring process. The anticipation and hope I had were replaced with frustration and a sense of betrayal. A month later, I was surprised to receive another call from an HR representative at IBS Software, inviting me to attend a F2F interview drive in Chennai. I learned that there are MANY candidates like me who have cleared all rounds and are left with no updates till now from them. **Suggestions for Candidates** 1. Please do not waste your time and energy by attending the interviews with them. 2. Please don't be fooled like us. 3. These guys don't have the courage to say neither "No" nor the reason for the delay. They will simply ignore it.
