Starts with an informational session and interview. There is also a final test before being hired. There were a lot of steps, but the recruiter stayed in touch and send reminders. It was kind of a lot for the type of job, but it also prepared me and helped me understand what I was getting myself into. The recruiter was really helpful, and he was really honest.

1st interview over the phone than met with the hiring manager a few days later. Got the job on the spot and started training class the following Monday. Love it there so far.

You have to go in for and information meeting which is five hours. Basically the trainers are telling you about the company. Take good notes because theirs is a test at the end and that determines if they make you a job offer.
