They send you an email and login with a few tests you take at home concerning customer service before the interview. At the interview, you take the last few tests which are filling info and typing skills. I didn't have much customer service, but that's what training is for. After the interview, there is a saliva drug testing, and a tour of the facility. They show the entrance, break room, and the cubicles. They do give you the starting salary, start date, and pay day (biweekly). Also, first paycheck will be next month, since you are getting paid for the previous two weeks.

Absolutely awful. The recruiters are so confused and they give you so much of a run around. Even if you did do everything they told you to do within a good time frame, they would still have some discrepancy. Micromanage and reprimand you for petty things. They want you to do everything within these ridiculous deadlines. Just please do yourself a favor and go seek employment elsewhere. You're much better off. This place is constantly hiring because of the high turn over rate. They even tell you that they will terminate you for any reason they want to. And guess what? they pay on the 5th and the 20th. You've been warned.
